The third game of the season and the third episode of HerveWatch and it’s not good news for fans of Herve Renard as Lille are not only yet to get a win but they are yet to register a league goal.
Yesterday’s clash between Lille and Bordeaux ended goal-less but Lille will feel they could and should have come away with all 3 points especially as they hit the bar twice in the second half.
Herve himself was obviously feeling the pressure as his usual pristine white shirt was drenched with sweat, the stress of his charges not scoring a goal yet is obviously getting the better of him.
Reports that Herve was sweating because he’d been out drinking all weekend can neither be confirmed or denied, Lille’s quest for a goal continues with their next game being at home to Ajaccio next Saturday can they finally get a first win on the board.
