Real Football Men – Fantasy Football Roundup Gameweek 27

Another gameweek is in the record books and I say it every week but the race for the Real Football Men FPL Crown is heating up, I mean really heating up. That’s because King Kwame Twumasi has returned to his throne.

The long time early season leader is back with a resurgent bang as Kwame find himself 19 points clear at the top thanks to a stunning score of 92 this week. That monster points haul has seen him leapfrog last season’s winner David McDonagh who now finds himself in second place.

My good friend Andy Miller has had a resurgence of his own as his 85 point tally sees him move up to the heady heights of third while Ray McDermott is in fourth while subsequently holding on to the final Champions League spot.

Fiifi McDowell is hot on Ray’s tail though as she (I assume) sits in fifth, while Dennis Kioko and Ologo Popo slide down the table as they are now in 6th and 7th respectively. Harrison Narh had a good week as he moves up to 8th but that ultimately means my charge up the table has been halted.

I’m seething about Aguero’s naff Trip Chip ™ return and because of that I’m in ninth while Addicted Azhar sits 10th. Gary Mantle is flying high in 13th while @THEWWFPL is a non mover in 25th.

The battle of the wooden spoon sees no change as Bruno B once again turns in a low score with just 36 points this week. He now finds himself 20 points adrift at the bottom of the table.

And that sets us up nicely for the gameweek of death this weekend, just 4 fixtures across Saturday and Sunday , just how much of a shake up will that have. We will find out next week. Until then.

Highest Score – Kwame Twumasi 92

Lowest Score – Bruno B 36
