(Southampton Daily Echo) I guess that is the equivalent of a character reference when applying for a new job, that said Bialkowski was prone to the odd howler at Southampton so perhaps this is not the best recommendation

After a stint in the EFL Championship last season it is apparent that the player is now looking for top flight experience and his age he needs to make a break through soon or he risks his career stalling even further
