- The first 45 minutes were pretty grim
- Although Adam Lallana’s skill to lead up to the goal was pretty impressive and one of the only bright sparks in the game.
- Danny Ings could have made it 2-0 with a similar piece of skill which would have put the game to bed but it wasn’t going to be his night.
- Emre Can is an absolute war crime of a Defender, if we didn’t know that already
- A game that ended in a Draw won’t have put too much additional pressure on Brendan Rodgers but they could have done with a confidence boosting win.
- I now have to watch the Europa League with Michael Owen…..great
