Real Football Men – Fantasy Football Round Up Gameweek 36

Leicester may have wrapped up the Premier League title but the race for the inaugural Real Football Man title still has a couple of miles left to run. Just two gameweeks to go now and has David McDonagh done enough to get himself over the line.

Once again his lead was eroded by Nana Kofi Abiri with the gap now at 44 points between the two, the pressure is on David but will Nana run out of time to chase the long time leader down. It’s a very Leicester v Spurs like scenario here.

I stay in third place but Dennis Kioko had a solid week and has managed to move up to fourth, there’s a 40 point gap between myself and Dennis at present can Dennis hunt me down to get that last automatic Champions League place. I’ll be happy with a top four finish this season but would rather cling onto third, I have a 44 point buffer to 5th place at present so barring any calamities then I should be playing Champions League FPL next season

Ho Yeung Howard Tian slips to 5th while Kwame Twumasi and Atour Toma fill the last two remaining Europa League places. There were good weeks for Eoin McAndrew and Andy Harrison as they had green arrows but Tomasz Kowalski and Aran Salih slip down the table as they had the dreaded red arrow this week.

In the bottom 3 Gareth Prosser chipped in with a top score of 63 points while Will Harwood who sits in 16th had the lowest score this week with just 21 points, so certainly a mixed week for managers at the foot of the table .While of course not forgetting The Everyday Pundit he had a relatively decent week by his own standards but nothing is going to save him from the drop.

Highest Score – Gareth Prosser 63

Lowest Score – Will Harwood 21
