So August is in the books and it has been nothing short of an outstanding start for F.C. Top Knot, so outstanding that the club has a 100% record and has only conceded 1 goal so far in the Vanarama Conference South. The only other thing is that they’ve managed to score a whopping 34 in just 6 matches!.
It seems as if Ibrahimovic and Cavani are finding the likes of Staines and Bromley are little too easy to deal with at the moment. Here is a run down of how the club have fared in the opening couple of months:
Here is how the table is shaping up after the first 6 matches:
And here is how a run down of player stats, as you can see Cavani is having no trouble breaching some of Vanarama South defences:
So now I enter September and the only slight issues are that Cavani is off on International Duty, Ibrahimovic is out for 3 weeks plus I have a bit of a midfield shortage but with the amount of goals that are being scored it doesn’t seem to be a problem. The attacking responsibilities will have to go Dani Osvaldo and Andy Carroll, at this level they will certainly be looking to add to their own personal goal tallies.
Can F.C. Top Knot continue their 100% start of the season on current form you certainly wouldn’t bet against them.
