- As predicted I thought a draw would be the result today
- If it weren’t for the woodwork it would be a very different story
- Typical. Aaron Lennon hasn’t scored all season and he smashes home a beauty against his former club
- But Dele Alli. If he isn’t on the Euro 2016 plane by now then Roy Hodgson has had a nightmare
- Again that diagonal ball from Alderweireld was spot on as it led to Spurs levelling things up
- Unfortunately Tom Carroll is no Mousa Dembele
- In the second half I think the effect of playing 3 games in 8 days caught up with us
- At the start of Xmas if you were offered 7 points from 9 you would take it
- But when you’re in 3rd place and the teams around you have won then every game is a must win
- A frustrating draw but ultimately that is what happens when the expectations of the club are raised
- Home Cup tie against Leicester to look forward to now, truth be told I would rather make sure the league clash is won
- An average end to a impressive festive period. COYS!
