Real Madrid vs Celta Vigo in less than 3 minutes

Real Madrid made it 2 wins from 2 in La Liga as they recorded a 2-1 win at home to Celta Vigo. Los Blancos were certainly made to work for their win though and it needed a late Toni Kroos strike to make sure they left The Bernabeu with all 3 points.

Los Blancos were still without Karim Benzema, Pepe and Keylor Navas. While Cristiano Ronaldo is still yet to return from his injury in the Euro 2016 Final.

Alvaro Morata scored his first goal after his return to the club, it was his strike on the hour which gave Real the lead but they were pegged back just 7 minutes later when Celta equalised through Fabian Orellana.

It was looking like it was going to be one of those evenings with Real hitting the woodwork three times but German international Kroos was on hand to put Real ahead for the second time of the evening and that was enough to break Celta’s resolve.

Here is all you need to know from last night.
