Real Football Man All of the Football, All of the time
And in the words of that classic comedy show Monty Python ‘Now it’s time for something completely different’ well in all honesty it’s not all that different from the other Real Football Data articles that I have posted on here but there is a slight twist.
The polls previous to this one were carried out in international tournaments meaning that there is a straight choice between ‘Team A’ and ‘Team B’ but now I’ve expanded my horizons and tested out what would happen if Twitter was asked the outcome of a league game.
With it being what was then the end of June it was something of slim pickings, therefore I had to go with the Chinese Super League but if anything that helped me test my potential theories even more.
So click the link below and check out what happened when Social Media was asked to predict the outcome of a CSL match – one that in all fairness was not a particularly good one. If that is the future then just leave me here (but that is something for another article)
