Real Football Cast – Season 2 Episode 31
The Real Football Cast returns for its 31st episode of the season and it is one where we finally get to discuss a Liverpool defeat and it is one where if you are going to lose, you may as well lose particularly big.
Understandably that 3-0 defeat at Vicarage Road is the main talking of the point the weekend, but of course that is not all and with Manchester City continuing their vice like grip on the Carabao Cup, we ask just why Pep Guardiola has such a love affair with the competition.
There’s also the tale of two goalkeepers as both David De Gea and Jordan Pickford make the news for the wrong reasons and we discuss whether Gylfi Sigurdsson really was offisde in the final few seconds of the Goodison Park clash.
We also continue our Premier League motivational tour for teams at the wrong end of the table, as Norwich recorded a somewhat unlikely victory over Leicester. However, will that be enough to keep them up?
