Did Celtic even turn up last night?
Ok that’s a bit unfair but they certainly were the lesser of the two sides and probably deserved to be dumped out of the Champions League after last nights performance
Craig Gordon did keep them in the game with that fantastic double save but then minutes later it was all but game over for the Scottish Champions
To think Celtic were all but qualified after going 3-0 up after an hour at Celtic Park last week – that’s 4 goals unanswered that has got to hurt
Leigh Griffiths was a bit stupid in kneeing the Malmo player in the bollocks but Chris Sutton needs to take his Celtic shirt off when talking about this, rightly it was a booking for the light bulb headed forward
That defeat is set to cost Celtic £14m – ouch
What can Celtic do, all they can do is win the league buy the best players from the rest of the league and repeat the process next year I guess. Talk about diminishing returns
Virgil Van Dijk did not look like a £12m defender last night
Back to that heated rivalry with Aberdeen now I guess
Chris Sutton is the worst co-commentator on UK TV at the moment and that is saying something
