It has been reported that Carlo Ancelotti is set to have talks with A.C. Milan Chief Executive Adriano Galliani with a view to returning to the San Siro and taking charge of the sleeping Italian giants.
The situation has come about due to the fact current Manager Filippo Inzaghi has been told he will not be in charge next season, the main reason for this will be the fact that Milan will miss out on European Football for the second season in a row.
Ancelotti who after leaving Real Madrid has already gone on record saying he needs a sabbatical due to the fact he needs an operation on his spine will the lure of A.C. Milan be enough for him to delay any operation?
If Ancelotti does feel that the operation is to come before the Football then this will be the second rebuttal for the A.C. Milan job with the likelihood that with Sevilla winning the Europa League on Wednesday Unai Emery will stay in charge for the club – especially with Sevilla having a crack at the top tier of European Club Competition and A.C. Milan not being in Europe at all.
So this is the 2nd major vacancy which has opened in Italy, what with the Napoli job becoming vacant as of Sunday due to Rafael Benitez announced departure. Who else will Adrianio Galliani have in mind if Carlo Ancelotti says no, the managerial merry go round is just about to take another spin.
