Liverpool may have lost their last two fixtures in all competitions, but they will be confident of getting a result against Chris Hughton’s men. Last season the Reds romped to a 5-1 win in the corresponding fixture, whether the margin is that great this time around we will have to wait and see.
But when you consider that all the head to head metrics see Liverpool by far and away the winners in each of them, then it is hard to look past a win for the league leaders as they look to heap more pressure on Manchester City in second.
