Barcelona claimed a Domestic double last night after winning the Copa Del Rey Final against Sevilla in what was a fiery encounter. Barcelona had to play a large portion of the game with just 10 men after Javier Mascherano was sent off in the first half.
Ever Banega joined him in injury time but that wasn’t the end of the game as Sevilla had managed to hold Barcelona to a 0-0 draw at this point. With 30 minutes of extra time awaiting and now no numerical advantage Barcelona were back in the ascendancy and goals from Arda Turan and Neymar gave Barcelona the cup for the 28th time. To add insult to injury Daniel Carrico was also given his marching orders for Sevilla.
