- Have West Ham burst Tottenham’s Premier League bubble?
- Not quite yet due to Arsenal and Manchester City both slipping up last night but it wasn’t to be a lucky number 7th win on the spin for Tottenham
- They side lacked both Mousa Dembele and Dele Alli in the centre of the park, it seems apparent that we’re ok with one player out but with both out it’s a different side
- Fingers and just about everything else crossed that they are fit for Saturday
- We missed the energy of Danny Rose and Kyle Walker but with Mauricio Pochettino’s full back rotation policy in effect it was the turn of Ben Davies and Kieran Trippier to play last night
- A real sloppy goal to concede, no one on the post and an uncontested header puts West Ham in front
- Michail Antonio is looking more and more impressive with every week, even playing at Right Wing-Back last night he got a lot of joy roaming down the wing
- The decision to go 3 at the back by Slaven Bilic was a masterstroke, Harry Kane looked incredibly isolated in the first half
- Truth be told we didn’t have a sniff in the opening 45 Minutes
- We came into the game more after the break, Toby Alderweireld with probably the best chance as he shot from outside the box was only parried by Adrian who then did incredibly well to keep the rebound out when Kane looked odds on to score
- That was arguably our best opportunity of the night
- Dele Alli came on and Spurs had a bit more life in them but it was a rare off day for Mauricio Pochettino’s side last night
- Don’t think Andre Marriner had a particularly good game – some poor decisions
- Nacer Chadli was a bit below par last night
- Harry Kane looks tired as of late, but he does love scoring against Arsenal so here’s hoping he finds the net on Saturday
- West Ham sign off this last encounter at Upton Park between the two sides with a win, on this form there’s no reason why they couldn’t even snatch a Top 4 spot
- Saturday’s game against Arsenal now gets even bigger in magnitude, both teams will be looking to bounce back from defeats and get one over their most hated off rivals
- It’s going to be an incredibly tense couple of hours. Roll on 2:30pm when it’s all done and dusted
