West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has confirmed either Pedro Obiang or Alex Song will start against West Brom in place of suspended captain Mark Noble.
Obiang has been out for a month with a thigh injury, while fit-again Song made his first appearance of the season as a substitute last weekend.
Chris Brunt must serve a suspension for West Brom but Gareth McAuley is available after a ban.
Head coach Tony Pulis admits he has several players nursing injuries.
Editor’s Note: The Hammers certainly had their bubble burst last Sunday as they had a miserable trip to White Hart Lane in which they lost 4-1. The big question for them is can they sustain their early league form now that Dimitri Payet is out until January. The worrying thing for West Ham is that it wasn’t the fact Payet was absent that lost them the game last Sunday it was just that they were incredibly outclassed.
Can Slaven Bilic recharge his troops for the visit of a West Brom side who will be full of confidence on the back of beating Arsenal last week. At 1-0 down last Saturday you would have had every right to think Arsenal would go on and win comfortably last Saturday but credit to The Baggies they turned it around to get a win albeit with a large slice of luck. But Tony Pulis has seen enough in Football to know you make your own luck and won’t care how the 3 points came about just the fact that they did.
Tomorrow I think West Ham will need a performance to appease their fans after last Sunday but West Brom will be hard to break down. I can see this one being a draw at Upton Park.
