The second season of the Real Football Men FPL competition is starting to come of age now as we conclude Gameweek 15 and once again it is all change at the top again with a very familiar name re-assuming his place at the top.
That’s because last season’s winner David McDonagh has climbed to the summit with a score of 787 points but he sits upon his throne with the smallest of margins. That’s because he has a lead of just a solitary point from 2nd place Andrew Sinclair.
Andrew made some serious ground on his rivals this week after a top score of 74 to see him launch up the table. At this point you may be thinking what has happened to Kwame Twumasi, well Kwame has dropped to 3rd but he is just a further point behind Andrew. It really doesn’t get any tighter than that.
Kwame’s score of 32 proved very costly indeed this week as he looks over his shoulder now with a whole host of title challengers bearing down on him. There are just 9 points separating 1st to 6th place with the top six being rounded out by my good friend Andy Miller, Ray McDermott and Dennis Kioko respectively.
My bid to move up the table has hit a hiatus after I’m a non mover in 13th place, a score of 40 put paid to any further movement up the ladder. While Ho Yeung Howard Tian will be ruing the fact he only scored a weeks low of 25 points which sees him down in 20th.
Ho Yeung sits a position above @THEWWFPL sucka but they share a score of 701 points while at the bottom there is no change as Simon Vingil now sees himself 34 points from safety with just four weeks to go before mid season relegation. I’ll be back on Thursday(or Friday) with the Week 16 roundup as these fixtures being to come thick and fast. Until then.
Highest Score – Andrew Sinclair 74
Lowest Score – Ho Yeung Howard Tian 25
