Real Football Man All of the Football, All of the time
The Premier League action is coming thick and fast as we enter the penultimate month of the season and that means it is time for another round of quickfire top flight predictions.
After Chelsea’s defeat to Crystal Palace we may well have the slightest inkling of a title race on our hands. With Antonio Conte’s men facing Manchester City on Wednesday the gap at the top could very well be cut to just 4 points but lets not get ahead of ourselves just yet.
Last weekend saw me get 5 out of 1o correct, as not one but two coupon busters seemed to be my undoing. In addition to Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge loss a lot of people will have no doubt been ruing the fact that Manchester United were held to a goalless draw at Old Trafford by West Brom.
That means I am down slightly on my strike rate, leaving me at 53.6% for the season. 0.1% down on last week and slightly further away from my revised target of 55% but still healthily over 50% which is the bare minimum of target and more realistically the aim for the end of the season.
