Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho made his return from a hamstring injury as a substitute in midweek and could be recalled to the starting line-up.
However, Daniel Sturridge is ruled out after suffering a hamstring strain at Newcastle last weekend.
A hamstring problem also means West Brom are without attacking midfielder Stephane Sessegnon, who picked up the injury against Tottenham last Sunday.
Claudio Yacob returns after serving a one-game ban last weekend.
Editor’s Note: It hasn’t been the best week for Jurgen Klopp since he took the Liverpool job you could even argue it’s been the worst. Defeat at Newcastle, a bore draw in Sion and another injury to Daniel Sturridge.
Liverpool gave away the opportunity to go level on points with Tottenham and now subsequently see themselves in 8th place although level on points with Crystal Palace and West Ham who sit in 6th and 7th respecitvely.
Klopp will know they can’t afford too many slip ups like that if they have any desire of reaching the Champions League next season and will need nothing less than a win Tomorrow to stay on the fringes of the chasing pack.
They will be boosted by the return of Philippe Coutinho whose partnership with Roberto Firmino was coming to fruition pre-injury with Manager and fans alike hoping they can pick up where they left off.
Tomorrow they play host to a West Brom side who secured a point in a solid performance against Tottenham last weekend, in a game of ebb and flow they could have go on to snatch all 3 points were it not for a top class Hugo Lloris save.
Last time they were on the road they came from behind to get a point against West Ham with Rickie Lambert getting the equaliser. How much would he love to get on the scoresheet against his former club tomorrow
The Baggies sit in 13th in the table with no real apparent danger at present but they still need to keep picking up points to keep some distance between them and the 7 teams below them. Unfortunately I don’t think they will get any joy out of their trip to Anfield tomorrow and can see this being a home win for the Reds as they look to bounce back from their abject performance at St James Park last weekend. A home win for me.
