Here is the draw in full
Nottingham Forest v Arsenal
Leeds United v Blackburn Rovers
QPR v Sunderland
West Ham v Accrington Stanley
Southampton v Crystal Palace

Tottenham v Gillingham
Everton v Norwich City
Derby County v Liverpool

The tie of the round is undoubtedly Manchester United traveling to Northampton. That’s a huge reward for The Cobblers after they knocked out Premier League outfit West Brom on Tuesday.
Fulham also knocked out Premier League opposition in the shape of Middlesbrough and they will now face Bristol City at Craven Cottage.
Last years winners Manchester City are in all Premier League tie as they face Swansea and it’s the last two Premier League winners who go head to head as Leicester are at home to Chelsea.
Gillingham will be very happy with their draw as they go up against Tottenham. The Kent side knocked out Watford in Extra Time on Tuesday and will now travel to North London hoping to create another upset.
Arsenal will have a tricky tie at Championship side Nottingham Forest while last seasons losing cup finalists Liverpool start their bid to go one better with a tie against Derby County.
Southampton welcome Crystal Palace and Hull City visit Stoke in the other all-Premier League ties.
Round three ties are due to be played the week commencing 19 September 2016.
