West Ham boss Slaven Bilic will field a strong side but midfielder Manuel Lanzini is out with a thigh problem.
Midfielder Dimitri Payet could start after returning to action last weekend and defender Winston Reid could feature after overcoming a hamstring problem.
New signing Michal Zyro could make his debut in midfield for Wolves. Keeper Emi Martinez (thigh) returns.
Defender Kortney Hause is out with a hamstring problem and winger Jordan Graham (ankle) is a 50-50 prospect.
Editor’s Note: West Ham have seen a resurgent over the Christmas period with wins in their last two matches after a retched run of form without a victory. That said they haven’t actually lost any of their last 7 league matches with their being 5 draws previous it’s just that their injury list has been far too long for Slaven Bilic’s liking.
The good news is that slowly but surely that list is getting shorter and their mercurial Midfielder Dimitri Payet returned to action last Saturday in their win over Liverpool at Upton Park. They could even welcome back Winston Reid today which will no doubt strengthen their back line as they play host to Championship side Wolves.
Wolves find themselves in Championship Mid Table but the pressure has eased slightly on Manager Kenny Jackett as they have won their last 3 matches and they will be looking to carry that momentum in today’s cup tie. Wolves’ big issue this season has been for all their goal scoring they’ve been just as leaky at the back so Jackett will be hoping that his side don’t gift West Ham an early advantage.
Today I think West Ham’s Premier League quality should be enough for them to carry them into the next round especially as Wolves have lost their last four FA Cup ties in a row against higher-ranked opposition. A home win and The Hammers in the hat for Round 4.
