Romania’s Euro 2016 squad announced

Romania Manager Anghel Iorandescu has named a provisional 28 man squad for Euro 2016. In terms of Premier League representation there is only Goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon although Tottenham fans are still trying to forget the fact that Vlad Chiriches ever played for the club.

To be brutally honest that is the extent of my Romanian squad knowledge I best go and do some research as there is every chance I may be actually watching them in the Round of 16. Actually tell a lie, I know they draw with Spain 0-0 back in March and that cost be quite a bit of money, but then again you shouldn’t bet on friendlies should you therefore I only have myself to blame.

If anyone has any more knowledge or info on the Romania squad then feel free to share it in the comments at the bottom of the article.
