Real Football Men – Fantasy Football Roundup Gameweek 4

We’re back after what at times seemed like a never ending international break and the Real Football Men FPL competition is back in full swing and there is a change of leader at the top of the table.

Stalwart from last season Kwame Twumasi has surged to the top of the table with 268 points and now has a 9 point lead over early pace setter Tim Ward. Tim only returned 29 points and that ultimately proved costly as Kwame leapfrogs him and is now the new man at the summit. It’s all change in the Champions League places as Dennis Kioko another player from last season moves into 3rd place on 232 points, while I have to make do with 4th place after a relatively indifferent week. I sit 10 points behind Dennis.

Last season’s winner David McDonagh is finding his feet as he moves up to 7th place while Eoin McAndrew will be delighted with his 68 points that sees him move up to 8th place and hot on the heels of David. Top scorer of the week goes to new player Ray McDermott who chips in with a very impressive 70 points, that sees him move up to 16th place.

Daniel Platt has to do with the lowest score of the week by a comparison he only registers a paltry score of 22. My good friend Andy Miller moves up to 12th place with a round score of 200, while @THEWWFPL (give him a follow on Twitter) moves up to 25th after scoring 51 points this week.

The bottom four is all change with FiiFi McDowell now as low as 32nd while Malaysio Junior is one place lower in 33rd. The bottom two and the battle to beat the mid season relegation sees no change as Andy Harrison now opens up a 16 point cushion on basement manager Stuart Robertson.

That concludes this weeks round up, I certainly hope I fare better this weekend. Until next week’s review

Highest Score – Ray McDermott 70

Lowest Score – Daniel Platt 22
