We’re not just in the business end of the season, we’re on the home straight now as there are just three weekends of the Premier League season. That said there is still a lot of football to be played between now and the middle of May.
After last weeks average 5 out of 10, I really need to pick up the pace if I’m going to achieve my target of 55% – ultimately it means I’m going to have to start turning in either 7 or 8 out of 10.
So the pressure is on to get from 53.5% to 55%, not impossible but my work is cut out. So here are my predictions for what is another extended gameweek
Friday
West Ham vs Tottenham – Tottenham Win
Saturday
Manchester City vs Crystal Palace – Manchester City Win
Bournemouth vs Stoke – Bournemouth Win
Burnley vs West Brom – Burnley Win
Hull vs Sunderland – Hull Win
Leicester vs Watford – Leicester Win
Swansea vs Everton – Everton Win
Sunday
Liverpool vs Southampton – Liverpool Win
Arsenal vs Manchester United – Draw
Monday
Chelsea vs Middlesbrough – Chelsea Win
Wednesday
Southampton vs Arsenal – Arsenal Win
So there are my predictions. Can Tottenham apply pressure to Chelsea by getting a win at The London Stadium over West Ham. Should Tottenham win then the gap will be cut to just one point with Chelsea not playing until Monday.
The race for the top four will take another interesting turn this weekend as Arsenal play host to Manchester United, will United be jaded after their Europa League exploits and can Arsenal also win their game in hand on Wednesday as they travel to the South Coast.
And of course not forgetting the battle to beat the drop as Hull have an almost must win game over Sunderland while Swansea play host to Everton.
So they are my predictions, what do you think will happen. Let me know in the comments below. Best of luck if you do follow these tips. Place your bets now!
