New Premier League logo is launched and it’s awful

The Premier League has revealed a new logo for the 2016-2017 season. The competition which will now be without any title sponsorship will simply be known as the Premier League, in a move which brings it in line with stateside competitions such as American Football’s National Football League.

They’ve chopped the body off The Lion and the Lion looks a bit angry about it and as for the colour scheme, what on Earth were the design team thinking?
