The 4th Round of the EFL Cup has thrown up some incredibly interesting matchups and without doubt the big one will be another encounter between Manchester United and Manchester City.
Just two weeks ago Pep Guardiola’s side ran out 2-1 winnners and Jose Mourinho will be looking for revenge when the two sides meet next month.
That’s not the only big clash as Liverpool play host to Tottenham. Mauricio Pochettino’s side come into the tie after easing past Gillingham with a 5-0 win at White Hart Lane.
There’s an all London Premier League tie as Antonio Conte’s Chelsea travel to West Ham. These two sides have already met at Stamford Bridge, with a late Diego Costa goal being the difference.
Arsenal are at home to Reading, the last time these two sides met there was a stupendous 12 goal thriller as The Gunners ran out 7-5 winner after Extra Time.
Whoever comes through these big head to heads unscathed will then have a much easier route to the final in Wembley while for others it will be an opportunity missed on winning the first silverware of the season.
