Copa America – Brazil vs Peru in less than 5 minutes

Somewhat of an upset in the early hours of the morning as Brazil have been dumped out of the Copa America Centenario by Peru. The Selecao were beaten 1-0 in front of over 50,000 stunned fans at the Rose Bowl, Pasadena.

The win for Peru certainly came with some controversy as Raul Ruidiaz handled the ball before prodding home from close range. Brazil immediately protested the decision as they swarmed round the officials but the goal was to stand and with only 13 minutes left Brazil were staring elimination in the face

Going into the game a Draw would have been enough and try as they did to get a late equaliser it was all in vain as the biggest upset of the tournament so far was complete. Brazil sent packing while Peru now face Colombia in the Quarter Finals

The inquest will now begin and question will be asked as to whether Dunga can stay in the job after this embarrassing exit

Here is all you need to know from last night
