Can The Sky Bet Super Boost Make You Rich? – Part 14

It is once again time to ask that very pertinent question as to whether or not the SkyBet price boost can make you rich or not. Part 13 of the series saw us fail to win due to Tottenham’s ineptitude against at West Brom at Wembley. It’s bad enough when you get two out of three correct, however it is even worse when your own team lets you down.

Let’s have a look as to how I fared last Saturday, SkyBet were kind enough to offer this tasty treble

Leicester to beat Burnley
Liverpool to beat Brighton
Tottenham to beat Watford

Not only that but they were handing out odds of 13/2 – which would have seen me win £37.50 and put me back into profit. I say would have because once again it was Tottenham that let me down. A double blow for the second successive week.

That means that in the past fortnight, my ‘beloved’ Tottenham have cost me £72.50 – football and betting can pretty much get in the bin right now. But like any gambler there is always another week around the corner and the hope is that we can get back to winning ways and more importantly profit come the end of the weekend.

So let’s have a look at what it has done in terms of the ongoing stats.

Price Boosts Bet On – 14
Money Placed – £70
Price Boosts Won – 3
Total Winnings – £42.50
Profit – Minus £27.50
Win Rate – 21.4%

Had Tottenham won their last two matches we would have been on £115 – but if my aunt had bollocks she’d be my Uncle and all that so there is no point on dwelling on the bets that did not come in.

The minuses are getting bigger and although there is still money in the kitty, I can only afford eight more successive losses before having to reinvest. So a win in the month of December would certainly bring around some Christmas cheer

Let’s have a look at the stats in terms of teams picked
