After a relatively decent six out of ten predictions correct last week in what was a season high in these opening half dozen weeks it is now time to offer up what I think will happen this weekend before we are once again rudely interrupted an intentional break. So without further ado here are my predictions for gameweek seven.
Saturday
Huddersfield vs Tottenham – Tottenham Win
Bournemouth vs Leicester – Leicester Win
Manchester United vs Crystal Palace – Manchester United Win
Stoke vs Southampton – Draw
West Brom vs Watford – Watford Win
West Ham vs Swansea – West Ham Win
Chelsea vs Manchester City – Draw
Sunday
Arsenal vs Brighton – Arsenal Win
Everton vs Burnley – Everton Win
Liverpool vs Newcastle – Liverpool Win
Can Tottenham make it two Premier League away wins in a row as they make the trip to Yorkshire to Huddersfield while not forgetting they come here fresh off the back of a midweek Champions League win.
Will Crystal Palace get off the mark in terms of goals even if they do end up leaving Old Trafford with another defeat to their name
Who will win the biggest clash of the weekend as Manchester City travel to defending champions Chelsea, Antonio Conte’s men cannot afford to lose any further ground on one of their closest title rivals.
Will Arsenal continue their recent rich vein of form as they play host to a Brighton side who are still looking for their first away win of the season.
Bournemouth and Leicester will be looking to add more points to the board as both clubs have had underwhelming campaigns.
And Liverpool will be looking to end a disappointing September with a win over Newcastle as Rafa Benitez makes a return to Anfield.
