2017/18 Premier League Predictions – Week 21

As soon as one raft of Premier League Predictions has been reviewed it is time to offer up another, I guess that is the beauty of the festive calendar the football comes thick and fast, Last week it was a mid table six out of ten correct, this time around there are only nine games on offer but don’t panic as Week 22 sees eleven games offered up so it will all balance out. Without further ado here is what I think will happen over the course of the weekend.

Saturday

Bournemouth vs Everton – Everton Win

Chelsea vs Stoke – Chelsea Win

Huddersfield vs Burnley – Draw

Liverpool vs Leicester – Liverpool Win

Newcastle vs Brighton – Draw

Watford vs Swansea – Watford Win

Manchester United vs Southampton – Manchester United Win

Sunday

Crystal Palace vs Manchester City – Manchester City Win

West Brom vs Arsenal – Arsenal Win

Can Manchester City equal Bayern Munich’s record of successive wins in a major European league, Pep Guardiola’s men are currently on 18 straight  victories and one more would see them match the tally of 19 that the Spaniard was also at the helm of when the German giants made light work of the Bundesliga.

Can Manchester United bounce back after successive draws, a pair of results which has eliminated any slight hope that they had of winning the title this season

How will Mauricio Pellegrino fare when he takes his team to Old Trafford, Boxing Day saw the Saints heavily beaten at Wembley and it is fair to say the pressure is starting to mount on the former Alaves boss

Can Chelsea move into second for at least a couple of hours when they play host to Mark Hughes’ Stoke side. A win would see Antonio Conte’s men at least temporarily leapfrog Manchester United as the best of the rest.

That is what I think will happen, what do you think? Please leave your predictions in the comments below. As always best of luck if you do follow these tips. Place you bets now!
